Updating SSL Certificate

If you are receiving SSL errors when trying to get to the AMER @Access webpage or trying to launch Citrix applications, please follow the instructions below to update the certificates on your computer.
  1. Download and save the following file to your computer:


  2. Click on the Open button when you see the following screen.

  3. Certificate will finish downloading and a window with Certificate properties will be presented.

  4. Click on the Install Certificate button.
  5. You will be presented with the Welcome screen of "Certificate Import Wizard."
  6. Click on the Next button.

  7. On the next screen, you'll have an option to select a "Certificate Store".
  8. Make sure that "Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of certificate" option is selected.
  9. Click on the Next button.

  10. Click on the Finish button on the Completion screen.

  11. The import wizard will inform you when Import process is completed.
  12. Click on OK button to close the wizard.

  13. Go back to https://desk.ame.sgcib.com/ and proceeed with login.
